Products & Orders

• All prices are in USD and include the cost of the product only. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
• Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we'll do our best to get it to you promptly.

Shipping & Returns

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
• If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
• We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, reach out within 30 days.

Your Account

You don't need an account to shop with us. If you provide your email for order updates or promotions, we'll treat that information with respect.

Intellectual Property

YAY SPORTS and our designs are our property. Our products are intentionally unlicensed and are not affiliated with any sports teams or leagues. We celebrate team colors and sports culture without using trademarked logos or names.

Limitation of Liability

We sell hats and apparel. We're not responsible for anything beyond that. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continued use of our site means you accept the current terms.
